Hello, I'm Sierra Prewitt, a dedicated personal trainer in Dallas, Texas. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas and a comprehensive set of certifications, including NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, NASM-Certified Nutritional Coach, NASM-Creative Corrective Exercises, NASM-Mindful Movement for Stress Resilience, Explosive Fast-Twitch Training, Applied Stretching Theory and Practice, Neurotyping: Nutrition and Supplementation, and CPR/AED, I bring a wealth of knowledge and 7+ years of experience to guide you on your fitness journey.

As a former collegiate tennis player, personal training director at a major commercial gym, and strength & conditioning coach at Ursuline Academy, I understand the challenges of balancing a demanding lifestyle with the pursuit of health and wellness. My passion for helping others stems from my transformative journey — battling injuries, hormonal imbalances, stress, low energy, and the struggle to make physical positive changes. It took a divine wake-up call and a complete mindset shift to realize true transformation requires a delicate balance. This realization inspired the creation of my training philosophy 'LumiSoul'!

With 'LumiSoul' I believe in merging well-being science with self-discovery to offer a personalized approach to fitness. Whether you're looking to correct movement patterns from past injuries, learn to regulate hormones through a holistic approach, reduce stress, increase energy, lose fat, tone up, or enhance mobility and strength, my service is designed to meet your unique needs and goals.
