Refund Policy:
We offer a 24-hour refund window from the time of your first purchase. If you request a refund within 24 hours, you’ll receive a full refund. After this period, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including any subsequent payments made after the first month. We encourage you to reach out with any questions before committing to your package.

Renewal & Session Roll-Over Policy:
Session Roll Over - Unused sessions from your purchased package will roll over for up to 6 months from the date of your last payment processed. You can use these sessions at your convenience within this period.
Renewal Policy - Packages automatically renew every month unless a 30-day noticed is given (read below).

Session Reschedule or Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of that session or a session being deducted from your package.
We understand that life happens, so please reach out if something unexpected comes up—we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Program Cancellation:
To cancel your program, please send an email to support@lumi-soul.com with your 30-day cancellation notice. Text messages or phone calls will not be accepted as a form of notice. After receiving your email, your billing will stop after 30 days, and you will not be billed again.
Please note that all cancellations must be done via email to ensure proper documentation and confirmation.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Health Responsibility - You are responsible for disclosing any current or past medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before starting your program. This information is vital to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the training.
Assumption of Risk - You understand that there are inherent risks associated with physical activities, including exercise, stretching, and mobility work, and you accept those risks. You are participating voluntarily, and it’s your responsibility to discontinue any exercises or movements that cause discomfort or pain.
Liability Limitations - While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, you agree not to hold LumiSoul, Inc. or its employees liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your sessions or while performing exercises at home.
We encourage you to consult with your doctor before beginning any new exercise regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
